In order to process our learning within the field of higher education, my Master’s cohort at Florida State University created a Core Competency Plan (see attached) to guide our progress with all ten of the NASPA/ACPA Core Competencies of the Profession. This plan facilitated personal and professional development by providing realistic goal-setting during my time in the program.
Under the tab labeled “Core Competency”, more detail is provided for each Competency and evidence of my learning within that area.
